idler sprockets usually will be delivered with ballbearing for immediate assembling.

The ballbearings are both-sides sealed, equipped with longlasting lubrication and therefore

they need less (or neither) maintenance.

  • ballbearing (type): Standard 203 KRRAH02
  • wide inner ring enables perfect assembling without any spacer rings
  • ball bearing and sprocket are hardly connected with press fit
  • sprockets made from steel, consistency 490 – 600 N/mm²
  • installed in the slack run/strand of the chain drive, these schain-stretcher sprockets will solve in optimal way all streching-problems
